Refund and Dispute Policy

If you are wanting LandPiks and are not satisfied with the pictures and videos that are provided by the photographer you may reject the photos. You will not be charged until the photos are accepted. If you are a photographer and the user is being unreasonable and rejecting the photos and videos for no good reason, please send a message through the contact form. We will look into the situation and issue payment if appropriate.

Return Policy

There will be no returns once the photos and videos are accepted and approved by the user.

If LandPik so chooses to run any promotion, it is the sole decision of LandPik itself.

Security for Payments

LandPik uses STRIPE for payment processing. Stripe encrypts all customers' credit card numbers and stores decryption information separately, which means Stripe can't see credit card numbers without taking extra steps. Also, Stripe mandates that all online transactions take place over the more secure HTTPS network. LandPik uses STRIPE to make sure your credit card information stays secure.
